MSI Global Alliance adds legal member in Bulgaria
MSI Global Alliance, one of the world’s leading international associations of independent legal and accounting firms, is delighted to announce the admission of Karapanayotov, Lesova, Tabanska law firm (KLT) in Bulgaria to the association.
Based in Sofia, KLT provides comprehensive legal and tax advisory services to corporate and individual clients. The three partner firm and its team of professionals are highly experienced in a number of legal practices and areas of expertise including foreign investments, real estate and construction, insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation of commercial entities as well as tax law and banking law.
